This small group program focuses on techniques used in speed, agility, and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance and injury prevention.
At this level, classes are broken out by specific speed technique (Linear Speed and Change of Direction). Both classes include a strength training component with age appropriate resistance and core strengthening exercises. Athletes in this program benefit from taking both classes as linear speed and change of direction are fundamental skills for all sports at this age.

Classes are 1 Hour long and are offered 5 to 6 days per week
Small Class sizes. No more than 8 athletes per trainer

GET STARTED
An Athlete Evaluation is required before placement in our youth program. The evaluation is free and consists of a battery of speed and strength tests. After completing the Evaluation, a FREE trial class for the appropriate program will be provided.
